Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies specifically for soft oil commodities trading in the Dubai market. Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of market price volatility, geopolitical events, and supply/demand dynamics impacting soft oil. Design and execute hedging strategies utilizing derivatives (futures, options, swaps) to mitigate price exposure for soft oil portfolios. Investigate and report on any identified operational failures or breaches of risk policies, proposing corrective actions. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in risk management within the soft oil or broader energy trading sector. Proven expertise in quantitative risk modeling, VaR calculations, and scenario analysis. Proficiency in risk management software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel VBA, Python, R).
